CONSTRUCTION
SCHEDULING
We work with the architect to prepare a comprehensive pre-construction schedule that addresses design & construction management responsibilities including securing approvals from authorities with jurisdiction over the site, milestone dates and key construction activities.
- Schedule Development
- Monthly Schedule Report
- Lock-Ahead Schedules
ENGINEERING
During the design phase of the project, Green U.S. Builders will work closely with the architect and engineers to analyze, and assess any possible design, means and methods, or material substitutions to create optimal value for each dollar spent.
- Land Surveying
- Civil Engineering
- Design and Permitting Services
The Green U.S. Builders team will oversee all pre-construction services, guaranteeing a constant line of communication in order to produce the most complete and accurate budget, schedule, and logistics information during pre-construction. Additional support is recognized during the pre-construction phase as needed to supervise site mobilization, general conditions review, site safety, constructability, phasing, scheduling, and periodic reviews of the budget estimates in development. Green U.S. Builders have a reliable following of well-established subcontractors across many trades that enables us to develop highly competitive, qualified bids.
ESTIMATES
Depending on the project, Green U.S. Builders will create estimates prior to final budget development at the time of bid and award of trades. The estimating process begins at the conceptual phase and develops as the design progresses.
- Purchasing and Procurement
- Subcontractor Pre-Qualification
- Bid Packages
- Scopes of Work
- Bid phase Management
LOGISTICS
Logistics has a significant impact on profitability. Planning, execution, transport, and stationing of workers and material at a job site is very important. Green U.S. Builders will create a logistics plan to make sure the project runs efficiently.
- Site limitations with respect to road access, traffic control and construction trailers
- Safety protection at site and surrounding area
- Protection of sidewalks, trees and utility lines
- Placement of major equipment
- Barricades and street closures
